Little did I know that it wasn't just me...
I can't recall where, when, how or why
Anxiety came knocking at my door.
I only know that it did.
I was recently given a simple piece of advice
That has worked wonders!
If you begin to feel anxious,
"Think About Your Feet!"
My response: "What? What does that mean?"
Think about your feet.
Wiggle your toes.
Think about a pedicure.
Think about the color of your nail polish.
Think about anything that has to do with your feet. That's it!
Just like that,
Your symptoms will begin to subside.
Now couple that with some basic yoga breathing
And you're golden!
Perhaps it sounds a little crazy,
But no joke,
